Puppy Is a Pet, Show or Working Dog

All puppies are sold as pets, show or working dogs. The blood-lines of puppies supplied by UK Dobermans are of a standard far exceeding that which is available from any other supplier, this fact is evidenced by the number and consistency of show wins and work titles obtained by UK Dobermans' breeding partners. As a consequence, UK Dobermans and its associated breeding partners wish to maintain the integrity and exclusivity of the blood-line and therefore the purchase of puppies for the purpose of breeding is prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained from UK Dobermans. It is entirely at the discretion of UK Dobermans as to whether or not this consent is granted. The Customer agrees to spay or neuter the puppy at an appropriate age, as determined in consultation with Customer's veterinarian. The Customer further agrees to care for the puppy in a humane and responsible manner, including, but not limited to providing him or her with clean and adequate shelter, food, water and veterinary care. The Customer agrees that the puppy shall reside inside his or her home, shall not be allowed to roam freely, and shall wear a collar with identification tags and any required license tags at all times. The customer agrees to have the puppy's microchip details registered into their own name and address as soon as reasonably practical.

Additional Photographs and Videos

UK Dobermans will at their absolute discretion when requested by the Customer, provide additional photographs and/or videos of the puppy during the period that falls between the reservation and/or deposit payment being made and the collection date. The provision by UK Dobermans of photographs and/or videos is not a pre-requisite of this Agreement.
